The manga was published by Ichijinsha in 2012 till 2018 in the Monthly Comic Rex. The manga has about 11 volumes.
Masamune Kun no Revenge got adapted as an animated series in 2017.
The show was directed by Mirai Minato, written by Michiko Yokote and the studio was Silver Link.
Masamune Kun no Revenge is a romantic comedy genre based anime. There are about 12 episodes excluding OVA.
Masamune Makabe was a slightly overweight boy who had a relationship with a girl called Aki Adagaki. After Aki rejects him and gives him the nickname Pig’s Foot, Masamune changes his name, transforms his body through diet, exercise and he becomes a fit and handsome boy. Masamune seeks to seduce Aki into falling in love with him and have his revenge after she does not recognize him in his new look.
The OVA includes the after story for the manga.

Masamune Kun No Revenge Season 1 ended in 2017.
The studio Silver Link of the series Masamune Kun No Revenge has made no updates regarding the same.
The first season did end on a cliffhanger and huge fan following yet there is no news on its continuation as of present.
The studio Silver Link did make an OVA for Masamune Kun No Revenge which included the after story of the Manga.
The OVA focuses more on the story that has happened in the future and doesn’t make any comments regarding the first season’s end.

Masamune Makabe, a chubby boy and the protagonist, confessed his feelings for the female lead Aki Adagaki.
Aki Adagaki is extremely beautiful and rich but cruel.
She rejected Masamune and teased him with weird names. Masamune decided to bring in himself. He changed his name, started working out and controlling his diet.
Masamune wanted to become handsome and fit so that he could get recognised in high school.
On an re-encounter with Aki again, Aki is unable to recognize Masamune. Masamune seduces her and makes her fall in love with him.
Finally when Aki confessed her love to him, he used her exact words and rejected her and took his revenge.
In the end, Masamune ends up with Aki’s classmate-cum-servant Yoshino Koiwai.

Masamune Kun No Revenge Season 2 What to Expect
No official announcements have been made regarding Masamune Kun No Revenge Season 2 yet the fans can expect the story to begin with Masamue and Aki in Paris.
Masamune Kun No Revenge Season 1 ended with the class going on a trip to Paris, so it is natural that Season 2 can lift off with a setting in Paris.
Masamune may notice that he no longer wants revenge on Aki because he got to know about the reason for rejection.

Masamune is black haired, black-eyed and 177-cm tall. He is the main character of the series Masamune Kun No Revenge. Early on, he gets heart-broken because of his looks and also gets called by weird names like Piggy, Pig-Foot etc. Masamune decides to bring a change in himself and take his revenge on people who treated him poorly. He starts exercising and eating better and becomes lean and fit.

Aki is blue-haired, blue-eyed and 164-cm tall. Aki is the female lead of the show Masamune Kun No Revenge. She hates boys and thus ends up rejecting Masamune and breaking his heart. Later, it was revealed she did have a crush on him but didn’t act on it because of her hatred towards boys.
