At this point in time, Haruaki Amakusa is not strong enough to take on Hyakki so Reigen, Mob, and Serizawa team up to find and destroy yokai headquarters.
As you might have expected the giant broccoli has more than meets the eye. The roots of the tree are spreading across Spice City and the powder made from the tree is being used to brainwash residents of the city.
Mob starts to battle a group of Psycho Helmet clones and the broccoli also tries to eliminate him.
In between all this, Mob is rejected by his crush (the purpose of his life) Tsubomi which makes him even stronger.
