Star vs Forces of Evil is an animated television series that follows Star Butterfly, a magical princess from the dimension of Mewni, who is exiled to earth after she causes a disastrous mishap back home. Star vs Forces of Evil Season 5 Plot
Towards the end of Season 4, close friends Star and Marco begin to realize their feelings towards one another in the face of new challenges. As shown in “Cleaved”, the last episode of season 4, there seems to be no definitive way of taking down the Solarian soldiers controlled by the powerful Mewman warrior, Mina Loveberry. With no other way out, Star proposes a dangerous but effective solution: that Star destroys the very magic power that Mina uses to control and command the soldiers. If the Realm of Magic is destroyed, the spell cast by Star’s mother, Moon Butterfly, to resurrect the Solarian soldiers and help Mina will become undone. Star’s proposed solution will come at a heavy price, however: all magical dimensional portals and magical controls will be closed off forever, breaking off Stars’ contact from the bulk of her inter-dimensional friends, including Marco, the love of her life. Continuing from the previous season’s development, the plot of Star vs Forces of Evil Season 5 will revolve around the consequences Star and Marco will have to face for their heroic sacrifice. Seeing as season 4 ended on a note of suspense, the audience can only expect to have their curiosity satisfied and their questions answered by a new season.
