Tim and Eric’s Billion Dollar Movie is an American absurdist comedy film starring, written, directed, and produced by the comedy duo Tim & Eric.

The movie was released in 2012 and was the directorial debut of Tim Heidecker and Eric Wareheim.

The plot of Tim and Erics Billion Dollar Movie revolves around Heidecker and Wareheim who have to open an abandoned mall to pay back a loan of a billion dollars.

Tim Heidecker and Eric Wareheim are given a massive budget of $1 billion to make a movie.

The budget is given to the duo by a corporation called Schlaaang Corporation.

The budget is wasted by the duo on Bonjour, Diamond Jim, a three-minute film (based on a poem by “personal shopper and spiritual guru” Jim Joe Kelly.

In the movie Jim Joe Kelly is paid around $500,000 a week, diamonds for Jim’s suit, and a professional Johnny Depp impersonator.

After all of the money is spent, the due has to leave LA because they feel they will be hunted down by Schlaaang Corp.

The movie supporting cast also included Zach Galifianakis, Twink Caplan, Will Forte, Jeff Goldblum and other actors who had appeared on Tim Heidecker and Eric Wareheim’s television comedy series.

Tim and Erics Billion Dollar Movie was premiered at 2012 Sundance Film Festival was later released in theaters on March 2, 2012.

Even though the movie recieved mixed responses at the time, it has now a cult-like following from movie fans from around the world.
